List of conflicts on forests protection and conservation. we need to think hard for future biodiversity and always refer to the rules and regulations.
Sometimes we need to go back to basic why we are not happy with unnecessary logging that caused surface erosion and mud flood and lost of biodiversity. Understand basic ecology. In this case in Kelantan, over logging, disturb place to stay for orang asli, expose forest floor to heavy rain and floof during monsoon. Government need to think basic.

How to convince the nature lovers to sit together with developers. may be through landscape architects can link naturalists and developers and looking for best solution to protect and save the environment.
another conflict statement!!! between Orang asli, Loggers, Water catchment areas, disasters flood and drought, wildlife conservation, ecotourism, government policies, and prime Ministers statements. Anything about natural resources state and federal government must work together for benefit of general public.
This team effort promoting public awareness on water for life and all water catchment areas must be conserved and protected. This is not just for water but for economy of the country..
We need more people to support this kind of activities. We do not want public to be cheated anymore. Forest, water, nature and biodiversity for human survival. We cannot allow greedy people destroy or put us under stress. Water is LIFE.
Congratulation and Thank you Puan Sri!!!
Education on Wildlife conservation and Public awareness need to be continued and involving many at all levels

The International Rhino Foundation (IRF) is pleased to announce the birth of a female rhino calf born to Ratu, a 14-year-old Sumatran rhino living at the Sumatran Rhino Sanctuary (SRS) in Indonesia’s Way Kambas National Park. The calf was born on May 12 at 4:42 a.m. with no complications, attended by SRS veterinarians, keepers and a handful of international advisors. Another hope for this rhino. but what happened to their habitat? poaching, deforestation, forest fire, lack of scientific knowledge and awareness

logging continues!!! this is a conflicts of power, greedy, knowledge, understanding, nature and conservation. From kindergarten to parliament, within NGOs and Professors and from north pole to Antarctica we are talking on the effect of logging and world's disasters BUT demand and business are dominating. This is now about time conservation should be discussed by the sustainable business people.
When MNS championing mangrove planting to bring back mangrove ecosystems and protecting beaches from erosion, many are following MNS. This is good but planting trees or mangroves are not just a ceremonial thing. We need to refer to the experts so that what we a doing are right especially when involve the politician and seniour government officers.
may be we are not capable enough to tackle flash flood issues in Kuala Lumpur or we do not care enough about the problems. Big master plan on irrigation systems and monitoring activities are needed urgently. Politician, business developers and the government authorities must take actions accordingly. Last night I was trapped in the traffic jam for about 3.5 hours and missed important business dinner.
We cannot survive without mobile phones. Cannot wait for more evidence. We might have different generation in the future
