Bird watching by crazy people. Good weather, good lighting, thousands of birds and easy access the birders just focus on birds even though the river is smelly destroying birds habitat or feeding ground during low tide here at Sungai Buluh, Selangor. Some thing need to be done immediately to improve tourism, cockles farming and habitat for coastal birds especially migratory shore birds.

We must understand clearly of what we are saying or fighting for. EU do not buy palm oil from Malaysia because of deforestation. The government must talk along with the real issues. Wold with NGOs who against the deforestation and consult the right person.I think business cannot blur the politician and the politician need to consult the academician who do not have interest in business and politics. Some NGO also have interest in politic and business BUT academician in NGOs probably can be trusted.

Nice to see high rise building in Kuala Lumpur. But we will see many motor vehicles too. These will cause traffic jams, high temperature and green house gasses. KL sentral may be crowded therefore we need green areas. Areas such Taman Tugu, Lakes garden and Federal Hill must be protected and conserved as it is so that we have enough green to buffer the human activities that caused imbalance in micro climate of Kuala Lumpur.

The launching of JSPS alumni is another new steps to enhance the collaboration between Japanese and Malaysian Scientists. Many JSPS active participants are retired. By having alumni, networking between retired Japanese and Malaysian counterpart can be continued. Hopefully the committee appointed are truly active in JSPS activities and can bring better achievement for Malaysia especially the young generation.

We started in 2012 in designing for cheap, easy and practical to practice in urban agriculture in front of your living room at hole or behind of your kitchen.

In Malaysia this kind of project will not be entertain, a typical developing country. This behaviour stress and adaptation of primate in human ecosystems are important areas. Their intelligence also important to be explored. Malaysian panels must think far beyond the need of developing country.
