Easiest way of saying something to protect and conserve tapir is by making a poster and sent to your friends through new media.

Tapir died not just because of road kill but hunting, snares and other conflicts with human. Public need to be educated and law must be enforced.

We need more articles on the news paper and new media to promote tapir conservation to Malaysian. Malaysian Nature Society (MNS) especially need to work harder on tapir conservation.

Rafflesia conservation for example. We need a lot more studies and many experts to supervise the agencies involve in tourism for example. because Rafflesia attract tourist especially from abroad.

when we are talking on biodiversity and conservation, we are not doing enough at ground levels. we have good policies and regulations. Malaysia as top 12 megabiodiversity countries in the world need to react more, We have strong NGO like MNS to help in biodiversity protection and conservation.

Movement Control Order (MCO) due to Covid-19 really affected zoo financial state to maintain zoo because it depending on visitors. I calculated if 1000 companies in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor can give RM 10,000 each, we can save Zoo Negara for one year. OR may be some supermarket or wet market can contribute to zoo.
