It is not ceremony but a continuous task to develop more young scientists. Malaysia should coordinate all competition that organised individually. There are two ways; call all winners and compete at one event such as MyCYS (Malaysian Conference of Young Scientists) OR based on number of winning in the competitions and strong in fundamental sciences.
