Scientists must work in laboratory or go to the field, not just sitting in the office or at home writing papers and submit for publication. In field biology for examples; first scientists must have the original ideas or adapting other ideas, sampling activities, experimental design, collecting right samples, analyse samples, analyse data and then writing. many more important things in between stages such as acuracy and quality of the data. But when our leaders are not real a scientist, they just look at one evidence which is publication!

Seniour scientists must educate the young in order to develop future scientists in field biology. Since new generation like to work in laboratory and air condition environment, field scientists must be recognised and given more incentives. Further more field biologists are facing danger of poisonous animals, field accidents and other unexpected dangers. Good incentive will encourage young to develop their interest in field biology.
