Government Transformation Programme: About time we need to calculate how much we spent for ceremonial activities about transformation, high levels government officers spending folowing the ministers, attending functions, clapping their hands, claiming milages, hotels, air tickets, servicing cars, driver allowances, etc....

1. We need to measure the results of every ceremonial activities, just attending, clapping hands and reporting their present to the ministers OR the outcomes of every meetings.
2. Position is no relation to friends and politic BUT merit. Right person should be at the right place. Especially for those position which close to the ministers for quick transformation.
3. Close monitoring programme on the achievements.
