Malaysia still thinking and talking. If the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister already said nature and biodiversity first, then action must be taken by all Malaysian.
The government had introduced various laws and policies to preserve the country's fauna and flora, including the implementation of the National Policy on Biological Diversity and Common Vision on Biodiversity. Malaysia have strategic and long-term plans to help conserve biodiversity and committed to ensure that at least 50 per cent of land remain under forest cover as pledged in the Rio Summit in 1992.
we need research and education immediately. All must support in term of supporting the ideas, promoting education and research, providing enough findings, recognizing the experts and together protecting biodiversity.
