Why the administrators are needed in the University. We know that teaching in the university only need lecturers and the students. They are needed to make job easy or put more burden on the lecturer and the students with procedures and papers.

Sometime the administrators are clever. create procedures then create jobs and problems. Then create more jobs to create the problems and solve the problems.
