• had less focus on Biology.
• spent less time on planning.
• planned alone and used prepared lessons from the district pacing
guide.
• took less time to prepare their own lessons.
• used a wider variety of activities in the classroom and had students
spend more time in student led activities.
• were not always focused on the Standard Course of Study
