sometime we have ideas after we see what people are doing and we like to follow. BUT we do not know how to follow. Those who are very clever to convince the leaders or authorities then they can get budget and buy something expensive and keep in in the store until they retire. So ideas is one thing but implementation is another thing. We must know what we are thinking and doing other wise wasting money and time. Learn from our history.
