Do we really need a degree for promotion? Even in the university those who have higher degree are not promoted accordingly. Sometimes is unfair to those who are believe in degree and productivity are the criteria for promotion. They work hard for high quality products BUT some one have low quality with lower qualification get promoted. Many say REALLY UNFAIR!!!! not professional at all. How we can expect to compete globally and gain trust from young generations?
