We need basic studies before technology and innovation. We cannot just copy from others. In developed countries they have studied in detail about their waters issues especially related to drinking water, agriculture, industry and environment. Therefore the can develop precise technology for their country. We are not their country. Our landscape and nature are different. We cannot just import their technology.
