Why we have to wait for the foreign scientists tell us about our country especially on our attitude? As I said many time we do not have good leaders in scientific research. People in position are very busy with politic and ego with their position. They cannot accept good ideas from ordinary scientists. We must champion in our local issues. we have good policies but they don't reach the general public. More promotion or publicity needed.
