False Degree, Quality Assurance, Data base of government staff with valid degree, data base on graduan with special codes (eg UPM-PhD-2018-no metric) were discussed many time before and I commented in 2012. Now the issue came out again. why we do not find the solution when the problem arise. We like to discuss and show who champion in talking not action.
