More NGOs More talking and discussion, More problems occurs relating to the environmental issues. Surely many are graduated in the fields of environmental studies and ecology. It seem that the graduant in the government departments are forgotten what they learned. OR the teaching systems made them unable to solve the problems or plan integratedly.
