I failed to convince the authorities to develop collaboration with Korean Universities on Disruptive Innovation. I managed to attend meetings in with Korean counterpart that are willing to cooperate in the projects. One thing we need to change is to be more proactive and leading in in ideas and technologies. Not just waiting to follow others.
