Tasik Bera is another important wetland. Unfortunately it is not IBA, Important Bird Area. We need to assess the area for IBA. Local public, the Orang Asli, politician and the government officers and other must be together to protect the area as Ramsar Site and important wetland.

As claimed by Stanford Medical, It's indeed the one and ONLY reason this country's women live 10 years longer and weigh an average of 42 lbs lighter than us.
(And by the way, it has totally NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret diet and absolutely EVERYTHING to do with "how" they are eating.)
