By right the management cannot say no or yes or wait in the implementing the policies. The professionals have to do R&D and make sure the projects done. The problems with Malaysian structures, proposal, implementation and products were not well assessed. Many were looking at the proposal and the ceremonials! So we fail in many things. This morning I gave ideas to management people, very convincing, objective and sure productions. Unfortunately the management said, good ideas but implementations depending on their agreement, approval and time to implement. Now who making the decision?
