As I said earlier, fish in river or sea are free. To catch them cost money. The greedy one will catch as many as they can and the rich one will buy as they like. Further more a lot of fish are wasted in the plates. Fish is good for health, tradisionally demand food or protein sources and continuously needed. Over fishing, pollution, habitat destruction and global warming affect fish population. High demand, low catch and business oriented of fish supply and demand increase the prices. Scientific knowledge on fish can help overfishing and controling the prices.

 

Fish biologist need to be recruited and more research on fish biology, ecology and behaviour  are needed. More money need to be allocated for research on fish. Scientists need to guide on the type of fishes, sizes, where and when to catch. May be the engineering part to help the best techniques to catch fish.
