Dr Mat: We need to be more aggressive in educating public managing their own rubbish, stop use polystyrene, practice recycle, reduce and reuse (3R). Start at schools and universities. Do it in many approaches to attract young and effective ways. Recycle to cycle may be one of the ways. BUT some people are stubborn and not capable to think wisely. May be we wait until tomorrow when they are start thinking again our ideas and agree but it will be toooooo late if we want to wait for them to understand. Just Do It.
