High Order Thinking (HOT) and Flexible Thinking (FT) Skills can bring young generation develop faster and smoothly towards their goal.These thinking skills are things like evaluating or justifying a point of view or decision and creating a new product or new viewpoint.

Education system, teaching style in class need to be adjusted to develop HOT and FT among the young generation. Mindset of educators need to be changed first. New paradigm shift is needed. This need to be done quick to support transformation policy of the government. No wonder we are still talking a lot on the first class facilities ad technology BUT we are still at the third class mentality.
