University must aggressively change towards research. we need to change culture from classroom teaching to laboratory teaching. We exchange finding not just thought. Students competing to go the the best laboratory with high quality experts in specific field. Teaching and learning at the university actually between the students and the professors and the culture of that particular department or laboratory. Now think carefully who are your leaders and how they want to direct you? If you are the follower.
