I have been writing many issues on university's leadership for the world class university, producing quality graduates and future intellectual society. You can refer some of them by typing university leadership or world class university. After at least for the past 5 years we are talking about that and I think Malaysia still lacking in university's leaders not just the management team headed by the vice chancellor but the Board of Directors too may be blur about the university's direction and function. We have long way to go. There are ways but we are still very far for truly world class university. This is like the ways that we are looking at the jungle trail and lost by the trails built by the orang asli or wild boar trail. We need to learn fast in order to be at the world level where others are moving very fast.
