Not that easy to be a supervisor and the examiners. For the supervisor, Not just ask the students to write the thesis, and for the examiners, not just to read the thesis. Thesis started from ideas, objectives, experimental design, literature.....until read and examine the thesis. Therefore supervisors need to be given more recognition......examiners too.
