1. Main purpose of the university is training and producing the intellects and professionals.
2. The students actually need training in the field and level of expertise that they like.
3. Professors must have the quality that can attract the students to study.
4. Basically the students and the professors can make the university functioning and recognised
5. So why we need the administrators or managers?
6. They are needed so that the system running smoothly and students and professors are functioning well.
7. If we have the problems with the managers team, disturbing our functions and reduced the productivity, Why we need them? OR increase their numbers!
