Leadership training for students is a continuous processes. They are future leaders.

1. we must have a special training section under Students affairs department to conduct training in all universities.
2. we must have a proper syllabus for the training like leadership, objectives, financial management and organization, and other clubs or society management.
3. we must have a list of trainers, may be we need to have training for trainers. Different universities may have different style and objectives towards producing leaders. A true trainers NOT a jokers. A true leaders not just a self promoter. The trainers of lectures for the programme must have experience in training. not just reading notes.

I proposed to this group mainly year 1 & 2 to form their own group understanding the university's vision and help to achieve the mission short term and perhaps long term as they come back as an alumni of UPM. This is important. Otherwise training programme like this end up as a story only. The coordinator or in charge person must follow up.
