Teaching and learning in the university: NOT like in school but the students and experts (?) in education put university and school together. So students behaviour never change until they are matured. By that time they are already working. We failed to develop them as an intelect and experts. The students develop their profesionalism at their working place instead at their university

Students and lecturer must go together along their way in four year programme at the university.

 They must work in the laboratory, discuss in the lecture theater and try to gain as much knowledge as possible from the professors. If not following the professors the students usually fail or C grade.
