When you are getting older, you are busy thinking, managing, administrating, consulting, giving ideas, meeting/talking/lecturing and sometime no time to write. But your old ideas are continuously cited. For young scientists keep writing!!

 In developed countries where people respect ideas, they give more money to the great professors with assistant. Former good and favorite students are always stay close to listen, write and promoting ideas or what their professors are thinking or saying. Here in Malaysia not even communicating far again visiting their old laboratory where their former professors still active thinking, experimenting and educating new generation. Even with Facebook at their finger tips cannot say hallo to the professors. They were not in academic culture when they were in the university. Just finishing watching movie and later busy polluting the world.
