HOT (High Order Thinking) is a new direction of producing a competitive and thinking generations in Malaysia. HOT will be introduced next year in schools. Teachers play important roles in the implementation of HOT. The question now are; is that enough for two days training and teachers are ablel to implement HOT in schools and will they get the right knowledge from the right person and Who will run the training? Will they sent to learn from experts overseas? The ministry must be serious about this. Refer to the right one if the government is serious
