Research Laboratory for Research University

Research University: Research or Publication?

Research laboratory: space, environment, equipments, quality assurance, quality control and reliable data.
Research staff: Professors, Researcher, Technical Staff, Students and other supporting staff.

What are their functions (daily/weekly/monthly/annually/?) to meet the Research University standard.

Check these; cleanliness, functioning equipments, well organised laboratory, security & safety, daily/weekly/monthly/? inspections, staff working according their job specifications (if any) and regularly monitored by right personnel with a proper log book & report for future reference, etc.....

OR the researcher have to do all because research is belong to them, their ideas or that is their duties and responsibilities. Others are not committed workers, supporters, assistant or may be students because they are asked to do or to help.

PERHAPS WE NEED TO ESTABLISH A MOTIVATED SYSTEMS AND REGULATION FOR RESEARCH LABORATORIES FOR REAL RESEARCH NOT JUST A PUBLICATIONS. Perhaps we need to have good KPI or/and ISO managers. OR lets the birds fly freely!!!!!
