Do we need a special policy institute that generates knowledge and informs decision-making towards water wise policy and sustainable development in Malaysia? We do not even have enough experts in water research from natural sources of water, conservation, technology, biology and engineering of water. For future water we need to have now not just competing for business, power and politic. Conservation first for safe future. Listen ti scientists. May be you cannot see it now but they are right.
