Professors in the university must gone through a three stages in their career. Beside continuous teaching and supervising the students, professors are doing research looking for the facts and truth, testing the hypothesis and making a conclusion and developing the phylosophy. Later the ideas will be followed and improve d by their students. Professors must have a followers at leats their students. the findings later should be applied in the communities. used by the peoples as a guidelines, practices, laws or culture or life styles. For example in environmental or nature education, before public did not appreciae nature and after going through a simple sysems, public in protection and conservation of wildlife. This is a complete function of the professors. Professors must brave enough giving opinions.
