All state government must go hand in hand with the federal government. If possible all rules and regulation regarding land, forest, river and coastal areas must be discussed together chaired by the Menteri Besar or Chief Minister and give full consideration to the environmental issues. People are laughing when we have contradict action between destroying habitat and biodiversity, development, environmental protection and conservation. Look at Kuala Gula and Kuala Koh as an example. Now Tanjung Piai and Merambong Seagrass Bed. Call NGO such as Malaysian Nature Society (MNS) for advice.
