Nowadays too many experts try to improve teaching in the university by introducing many methods without a proper research. My 30 years teaching in the university, teaching in the university not just extension of teaching in school BUT more then that. Producing a professional and intellect, not just standing in front of lecture theater lecturing to the students, using several types of modules and introducing various techniques and theories but more than that. Lecturers need to do research in their area of expertise and encourage students to analyse facts, thinking, debate and making right conclusion. ...... more need to be done for better future generation. Y generation more challenging and modern world lecturer must be more prepared.
