Conflict in Government Department: High achievement, work hard, look for opportunity, fighting for the lazy, take thing easy, take advantage..........

If we still have some groups fighting for those who are not working and demoralise those who are hard working, the country cannot move fast. Very lucky the government shrinking the department and encourage more private sectors. Other wise we will have more opportunist not to work. We definitely cannot allow those who are lazy, missing in action and no commitment in daily tasks to be promoted and winning any awards. Excellence and winning awards not a rotation but every one rights to achieve by hard working, plan and strategy. Make it as a competition and not a waiting for turn. We cannot entertain such organisation who are fighting for loser and the leader should be punished. This is sometime we need leader who can think scientifically. Background in science is important. Science develop personality, thinking and fair actions.
