People trust the organisation, individual experts or history/reputation?

If the organisation is more important than individual experts, then there must be a leaders. Leaders are important to develop confident in the organisation. In the university, the professors must be a leader. Not destroying others ideas and talent OR blocking others work OR the worth thing is copying the ideas as theirs.
