Sometime Professors Who Stop or Block the creativity or success of research in Malaysia. They are not open minded and think the know all.

Many projects was rejected by the professors who are panels at the ministry levels. The ministry appointed them based on the recommendation by the universities. University choose them because of their expertise. Unfortunately in Malaysia not many experts in the specific field. Therefore they think that they know everything and capable to assess all kind of proposals. What happened were they may reject the proposals or some of them may copy and resubmit as theirs.
Why this thing happened in Malaysia? The professors who should encourage in promoting research but they are actually delay the country's mission.
some body need to do something.
