New Salary Scheme for the government servant: Dilemma of politic, poverty, high income and work quality. Malaysia still have a group to fight for poor, lazy and nonproductive staff. We think and care about the family living maintenance, their future and opportunities BUT all employers need profit. Therefore the workers must work and productive so that the company will be more stable. Perhaps more salary next year.
