World class university in developed countries took long years to develop. They developed their staff both academic and supporting and respect them. They developed academic expertise, facilities, etc. If we want to have world class university overnight, attract high quality students and same products quality, may be we need to employ professors from top universities, attachment or visiting programmes for our staff in top university or laboratory and collaboration in teaching or research between top university and our university. Sent dynamic professors to visit top universities and ask them to develop one here.

Academic Freedom: Thesis, Students, Research, Publications and the Professors
Some times we control the academic freedom among the academician. Students and Professors should be given the opportunity and free to express their opinion, ideas and interpretation. Some of the ideas and interpretation cannot be explained to the public. Among the professors only can look at the actions in case run away from the scopes. By doing this the development of ideas, proactive and creativity among the academician can be flourishing.
Analysing the impact of our work or contribution to the society or country.
As a professors, easy to measure.
1. teaching and supervising the students. The students will use their knowledge and expertise developed during their students time and serve the society or the country, or may be at the international level.
2. consultation to government or public agencies on the specific field to be used by the agencies in their management or developing their new projects.
3. extension work to the public. If the professors can identify one area as a model and develop the society and technology in changing their culture, life style and productivity of the locals, this can be an important impact of their research, contribution and knowledge. All those contribution are based on long term research and knowledge development. All developed country respect the professors by giving them better salary, research grants and recognised them. Some country still practicing "Hang Nadim" culture (look at Singapura Dilanggar Todak).
We have UPM, Mardi, Agriculture Department, FAMA and many more agencies. BUT our agricultural products such as fruits are still wasted. Why?
Why their products are selling on the road shoulders, caused danger to motorists and pedestrians. Local authority should help them providing space for locals to sell their products such as fruits, traditional cakes and other kampung products. May be we are not talking at the same tone or tune. We need more mind tuning and transformation to all levels og Malaysian, from the politician, government officers to the local public. Bring the experts a long to support.

Chinese New Year is the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays. In China, it is known as "Spring Festival," the literal translation of the Chinese name 春節 (Pinyin: Chūn Jié. Chinese New Year's Eve, a day where Chinese families gather for their annual reunion dinner, is known as Chú Xī (除夕) or "Eve of the Passing Year." Because the Chinese calendar is lunisolar, the Chinese New Year is often referred to as the "Lunar New Year".

Within China, regional customs and traditions concerning the celebration of the Chinese new year vary widely. People will pour out their money to buy presents, decoration, material, food, and clothing. It is also the tradition that every family thoroughly cleans the house to sweep away any ill-fortune in hopes to make way for good incoming luck. Windows and doors will be decorated with red colour paper-cuts and couplets with popular themes of "good fortune" or "happiness", "wealth", and "longevity". On the Eve of Chinese New Year, supper is a feast with families. Food will include such items as pigs, ducks, chicken and sweet delicacies. The family will end the night with firecrackers. Early the next morning, children will greet their parents by wishing them a healthy and happy new year, and receive money in red paper envelopes.

The most trusted person are doctors and professors. Why?
If doctors and professors are trusted why we need to check their work. Let them handle their jobs and see the results.

Which one is stronger, academic institution or business centre? Why we need to take out top department in the university
May be the academician should be stronger and tell everybody to keep business a side. Or purposely we appoint academic leaders to sell the programme, graduates, staff and the university. This make the academic staff keep working hard and the bosses selling ideas, pprogrammes and properties. We should develop ourself make people recognised and value ourself. Then people will pay our services. Then we can get quality students, charging higher fees, and getting high salary.
