Academician or professors in the universities must be respected. They should be paid equal to their qualification and contribution. MAAC (Malaysian Academic Association Council) continuosly fight for the members right for better salary scheme, work load and promotion. So far relavent authorities just reporting that they are concerned and try to help BUT for last 10 years lecturers salary never reviewed and many new scheme were introduced in the system. Now we said no more reporting BUT action. We informed Prime Minister, Ministers and related authorities.
