May be one way of good move by cutting allowances from seniour government officers and the ministers to save government money BUT the may have another way to get back their allowances. May be better to check their performance of spending and saving with high effective work. As Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal always say we need to produce a quality results, at cost on time. Then we can make profit. The way government officers work is spending not making money. So attitude, planning and monitoring is important. Every three month assessment is needed.
