Why professors in the universities are not refered by the government officers? 1. they feel inferior because they got power but lack of knowledge. 2. may be they are not responsible, just holding position, power and glamour and earn salary every month. 3. they do not learn about the university's environment and culture when they were in the university. 4. When they are at their current position they say profesors in the university only know theory and not practical or their knowledge is not applicable. They forgot that from strong theory or basic knowledge then they can practice well and making the right conclusion or decision.
