I remember when I was Parent Teacher Association's chairman, I proposed to tile the "Tapak Perhimpunan" whe students gather and sit every day for at least 30 minutes. Three years arguing and finally I just did in, raising fund and finished the idea. Now many are happy their childrens trausers not damage when crawling on the small sharp stones. Not that easy to say but difficult to change.
