Academic culture in the university

University's functions to produce intellect, thinker, philosopher, profesionals and leaders. Therefore students must have continuous and systematic exposure to develop students to be an intellect, thinker and leaders. In the university it is a students right to demand knowledge, freedom to think to achieve the university's mission producing a quality graduates that are competitive globally. Probably students must have more seminars, forum, organising conferences, essay competition and presentations during their study in the university. Academic culture in the university can develop creative students, leaders, high competitive spirit, entrepreneurs and professionals.
