1. To get label or branding, degree from abroad.
2. To give opportunity and experience to our staff living in other country
3. To adopt good culture in developing scientific knowledge
4. To bring back and practice good foreign culture in science and technology in our systems.
5. To continue linkage and develop new things between old university and ours.
BUT how far this thing happened?. May be we can see the culture of car boot sales, micro society and individualistic more than bringing back sharing culture and continue research and development between two universities.
WHY this thing happened? May be leadership problems, consistencies in implementing policies and recognition. How many staff that having linkage and collaboration are recognised?
HOW to make sure international linkage develop and continue, we need to check the leadership, policies, implementation, actions and monitoring.
