Not that easy to get support from cooperate sectors to support environmental activities especially sponsoring projects on environment. To convince them is a big challenge, when change the officer in-charge will be another challenge, meeting experts and executives can be another great challenge because everybody have ideas and experience. The most influence persons may be from the funder. As chief judge convincing towards making decision is a great challenge. BUT getting results is a great success.
