Old culture and united society. What leader say they will follow. But they always have good leader.

No local researchers interested in tropical ecology in general or specific genera of flora and fauna make our discussion on biodiversity always challenged and need proof. At the same time the forests were cut for timber and development. We need more local scientists.

Sheffield proud they are at par with Oxford and better than Cambridge in research. they are working hard on students entry standard, students satisfaction and research. What we can follow?.

Essex 50 years. They change a lot and fighting for the top levels. They use all strategies and opportunities to achieve their target. BUT always conflict between leaders and academician.

English universities like to keep green or woods on their campus. They use the woods areas for their ecological studies not just the undergraduates but post graduates. This made they understand better about their ecology

Still remember visiting Belgrade University. Still waiting for the outcomes

Flood now become an annual events, why? Climate Change, poor management of settlement areas, logging and land clearing? more research and proactive actions needed.
