Reflexology has been used as a natural healing art for thousands of years in China, Malaysia and India. The technique helps overall health and relieves aches and pains by the application of pressure on the base of the foot, toes, edges of the heel, palms of the hands and upper part of the hands. Reflexology can be an excellent treatment to relieve headaches.
Why mangrove is very important? Think of long term. Not just to fulfill shorterm greedy individuals. Think about global issues and benefit of many locals and international.
The ecological values of mangroves in most tropical countries have been qualitatively well documented and recognised.

Mangrove biodiversity, management and conservation have received considerable attention in recent years since research has increased the understanding of the values, functions and attributes of mangrove ecosystems. Mangrove Restoration practices have also greatly improved over the past several years.International level
More than half a dozen international agreements and various regional agreements are directly relevant to the conservation of mangrove biodiversity.Ramsar Convention
In 1971, a convention to protect "Wetlands of International Importance" was adopted in the Iranian city of Ramsar. To become a signatory to the Ramsar Convention.Marine Protected Areas (MPA)

Limitations of management
Lack of knowledge of mangrove ecosystems, their extent, status and linkages to other ecosystemshampers efforts to conserve and manage mangroves, leading to the unsustainable exploitation of this productive coastal resources.Graduate ON Time (GOT): Universities in UK and New Zealand already practice. If the students cannot finish on time they will fail. UPM may follow soon. How to get GOT? Good students, Good Supervisor, Good Supervision, Good Experimental Design, Good clear Objectives, Good Facilities and services, then GOT. May Be We Need To Have GOT Contract with the students.
Turtle conservation issues in Malaysia continues: coastal devvelopment, tourism, human conflict and culture, fishing gear, public awareness, education and enforcement and corruption. We need more information to educate public. basic sciences again is very important. Monitoring and understanding biology, behaviour and ecology of turtle.
Release turtle is not just a ceremonial or tourism activities BUT purely conservation. is there any good and significant research on turtle. May research just a short experiments. no really extreme research on turtle migration, challenge etc.
Coastal erosion is an old ad continuous issues. We need to have a close monitoring. BUT who will do it? We need to educate the locals. MNS KPA programme always do it but wo responded? children, teachers and local public. Erosion caused by nature and development. We need to study the oceanography, geology and trend of weather (climate change). All need basic sciences. Dont cut mangrove!!

HOT (High Order Thinking) is a new direction of producing a competitive and thinking generations in Malaysia. HOT will be introduced next year in schools. Teachers play important roles in the implementation of HOT. The question now are; is that enough for two days training and teachers are ablel to implement HOT in schools and will they get the right knowledge from the right person and Who will run the training? Will they sent to learn from experts overseas? The ministry must be serious about this. Refer to the right one if the government is serious
