When preparing for rice, usually we follow normal procedures, just washed rice and boiled in water. But the ratio of rice and water volume will be determined by the someone who prepare the rice. The most important is we got rice that nice to eat.

But some people are very concern or particular about the procedures, costing and guidelines. In cooking rice we should look at type of rice, how much we like to cook, how much water needed, what type of rice cooker, evaporation of water, time, heat, electricity,..... many more scientific things in the process of preparing rice.
Cheaper rice and volume of water does not mean we can provide good rice to eat. Administrators, treasurers and ISOs must respect the scientists choice, determination and actions to produce the best and meaningful results and not just procedures and regulations.

Cerita padang bola dan pemain import.

sekretariat persatuan bolasepak  ke luar negara mencari pemain bola sepak. setelah menjelajah beberapa kelab bola sepak terkemuka, maka mereka dapatlah pemain yang baik-baik. apabila mereka membawa balik pemain yang baik-baik itu mereka dapati padang bola pula berumput panjang dan kerbau berkubang di padang bola. Rupanya semasa mereka membuat keputusan untuk mencari pemain impot dan ke luar negara mereka terlupa berbincang dengan pasukan teknikal yang menjaga padang untuk pasukan bola mereka. Maka pasukan tersebut terlupa nak sediakan padang untuk pemain impot.
ini lah cerita yang selalu berlaku sekiranya pentadbiran dan teknikal tidak sehaluan. banyak lawatan ke luar negara tetapi keadaan masih tidak berubah. banyak idea dilontarkan tetapi tidak dapat dijalankan.
Mingkin sudah sampai masa untuk berubah.

Water consumption exceeded the production capacity of Selangor's 34 treatment plants by some 50 million litres.  A total of 4,420 million litres per day (MLD) were consumed that day when the maximum all the plants could produce was 4,371 MLD.

Based on this statement, what we can judge on the future of water supply in Klang Valley? Is there any formula how to improve water resources, water consumption and technologies to help saving water?

Another environmental education programmes involving youth from local government and private university. This time organised by DENSO and Malaysian Nature Society. Professor from UPM also involve in giving talk on Environmental issues in Malaysia and how to solve it. Talk was presented to 20 youth from universities and others; japanese representative, representative of DYEA from Asian countries and the DYEA Malaysia secretariat
