Wildlife ecology is the study of animal populations with a special view to understanding their interactions with people. Wildlife ecologists study endangered species, game species, nongame species, and wildlife pests, and try to find ways to maintain these animals in numbers that are in the overall best interests of society, whether these interests be aesthetic, ecological, economic or recreational. A lot of wildlife issues such as human-wildlife conflict in term of habitat, pest and diseases.

Why should you take Ecology? People often confuse ecologist with environmentalist. They assume that the works of both are the same, but there is a major difference. Environmentalists are focused on preserving the environment by studying how organisms react with the environment, while ecologists are focused on preserving natural resources. Ecology is the study of organisms and the interactions between those organisms and their surrounding environment. The study of ecology also comprises the study of environmental issues like global warming and pollution. With all of the environmental problems that we face today, the study of ecology is very essential. The survival of human beings is heavily dependent on the study of ecology. We need more field biologist or ecologist

Biology is the study of all living things, from microscopic organisms up to the largest lifeforms we know about. It's important to know how living things work, because humans are living things. Knowing about biology helps you to understand how your own body works. It's also important to be able to understand how different living things use different ways to do the same things, like making energy, eating, and moving. These things help us to find new ways to solve problems. Biology is also important because many living things are harmful, and learning about them can help us learn how to overcome disease and infection. Basically about life and what we need for life.
